How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
What is your return policy for worn items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. While we prefer items to be in original condition, we understand that sensory comfort can only be tested by wearing the item. Please contact our support team if the fit or feel isn't right.
Do you offer adaptive features like magnetic closures?
Yes, many of our items include adaptive features such as magnetic buttons, wide neck openings, and elastic waistbands to assist with independent dressing and fine motor challenges.
How should I wash my sensory-friendly apparel?
To maintain the softness and integrity of the specialty fabrics, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid using harsh fabric softeners.
